A private corporation strikes a blow against the Kelo tyranny!

UPDATE FROM YOUR MAXIMUM LEADER: BB&T would be a public corporation actually. In that it sells shares of ownership in the company which can be bought and sold in open markets. Just quibbling over terms… It is what we do here at Naked Villainy…
