It seems as though a 20-something couple was having sex in the middle of the sidewalk in a busy shopping district in Berlin. The couple (understandably) didn’t stop when the police asked them to stop. (Your Maximum Leader imagines they were too concerned about what they were doing to hear.) Anyway. Each member of the par will be fined 100 Euros for “disturbing the peace.”
